ETRIS: Education & Training Resources in In-Vivo Sciences

Animal models

SEARCHBreast (Sharing Experimental Animal Resources: Coordinating Holdings in Breast cancer) is a searchable database of in-vivo models used in breast cancer research. Models are split into four categories: syngeneic; xenograft; genetically modified (GEM); other. Contact can then be made, through the creators of SEARCHBreast, with the person who developed/deposited the model for further information on it.

This repository was developed by Professor Val Speirs at the University of Leeds (UK) in collaboration with colleagues elsewhere in the UK, with funding from the UK National Centre for the 3Rs. Copyright is retained by SEARCHBreast

SEARCHBreast is of use to all researchers involved in in-vivo breast cancer research.
