Animal Research: Reporting of In Vivo Experiments (ARRIVE) guidelines provide guidance on good practice in the reporting of animal experiments in scientific publications. It includes a 20-point checklist of the essential information that should be incorporated.

The ARRIVE guidelines will be of benefit to scientists writing up their research for publication, journal editors and individuals involved in peer review.
