ETRIS: Education & Training Resources in In-Vivo Sciences

Experimental and statistical design

InVivoStat is a powerful statistical software package designed specifically for scientists conducting animal experiments. It is easy to use and intuitive to the non-statistician; additional support is provided through user guides. The software enables summary statistics (means, standard deviation), single and repeated measure parametric analyses, non-parametric analyses, power calculations, dose-response and other graphical plots to be conducted. It incorporates many dataset checks so errors within the data, that may invalidate the results of the analysis, are identified prior to analysis.

The authors of InVivoStat have over 20 years of experience of statistical software development, training and support for in-vivo and in-vitro researchers within the pharmaceutical industry and academia. Copyright is retained by the authors.

This resource is suitable for anybody who needs to undertake statistical analyses in the design of in-vivo studies or the subsequent analysis of data.
