Mousebook

http://www.mousebook.org/

The Mousebook is a searchable database of phenotypic and genomic data for GM mice.

This resource enables users to search for phenotypic data, by orphanet human rare disorder, sequence variants and imprinting genes, or locate stocks of these animals held at the MRC Harwell (UK). Data in the resource is compiled from both the MRC Harwell's own research and other data sources. The resource also contains video guides on how to use the site.

This database was developed by the UK Medical Research Council's Centre for Mouse Genetics, Harwell. It is free to use.

The resource will be of benefit to researchers seeking to identify or source GM mouse models for their research.
